Safety is a team effort, and we’re proud to have a team that cares not just about their personal safety, but about the safety of everyone on the team — including the public or anyone else who’s affected by our projects.

We have implemented safety and quality systems for our projects with Assignar’s safety management software.  Our entire workforce has instant access to safety policies, forms, inspections and checklists on any mobile device.  With safety and quality forms and machine pre-start checklists completed on the fieldworker app, Project Managers can action alerts faster.

Our goal is to give every Tierra Construction employee a voice when it comes to safety on the job. Everyone at Tierra Construction has access to the safety app, where they can make safety observations—plus/delta. Once an observation is submitted, our management team immediately receives a notification so they can address the situation in real-time. We constantly seek ways to improve safety and empower every person at Tierra to protect themselves, their team, and their work environment.
